I found Kobixa on line. I filled out the registration form. Kobixa agreed to pay for my iPad. They sent me a mailing label. Following all directions very carefully I sent them my ipad. From previous experience with another company, they seemed legit. This was the same procedure I followed with other companies. This time however, they never acknowledged that they received my iPad. I never received payment. They never responded to my letters and emails, etc. I was told I would receive $125. I would love to know if anyone has caught up with these scammers. Has anyone discovered a way to report them or resolve this? Is there a way to be reimbursed?

This company has my phone since NOVEMBER 15, 2017 (today is March 29, 2018) and I have not received a dime from them despite the promised $115 I should have received 'within days.' I have written to them via email multiple times, given them grace due to their "backup" and California wildfires, and they still have my phone without sending me compensation. I consider it to be stolen property at this point in time. This is based soley on my own experience and not on any other experience. I would not recommend doing business with this company, as you may experience the same results that I did. I am going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and potentially the Atty General to see if they can assist.

I sent my iphone 5c to them for SALE for a predetermined price. I have not been paid one dime from them. They have my property without paying for it.

Preferred solution: For them to pay me the full $115 they promised me.

MAILED 2 ALMOST NEW ANDROIDS FOR REFUND. I RECIEVED A EMAIL SAYING THERE WAS A DELAY DUE TO THE FIRES IN LOS ANGLELES, NOW IT 4 MONTHS LATER AND THE EMAIL CAME BACK AS NON DELIVERABLE. I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY FOR A REFUND OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE KEPT MYY 2 ANDROID. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IF THEY WERE TRULY AFFECTED BY THE FIRE, I HOPE THEY AN RECOVER I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO BELIEVE AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS AND COOMPLAINTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE THAT TRUSTED THIS COMPANY AND NOW HAVE NO REFUND OR NO PHONES. HOW CAN WE FIND OUT IF THIS COMPANY EXISTS OR DID IT ACTUALLY GET DESTROYED IN THE FIRE THEY CLAIM?

I got a quote for my G6 smart phone from Kobixa for $130.00. I shipped my phone to them on a USPS label they provided. Several weeks later, no payment and no phone.I have made several attempts to contact Kobixa for either payment for my G6 phone or any information on this particular transaction with no luck...This is nothing less than theft as Kobixa have not answered any of my emails or phone calls regarding this matter....No one should have to send merchandise to a supposed reputable company and not receive payment or an explanation. They are nothing more than common criminals!

As you have read from other articles I’m sure, they will take your phone and not pay you anything. I saw a legitimate posting and trusted they were a standup company. Received a prepaid envelope for the phone and sent it in. I was supposed to have gotten a PayPal payment. Have sent a half dozen emails and never gotten a response. Beware total scam, don’t lose your phone for nothing.

I sent 2 samsung gaxaly 6 they quotesd me 130.00 per phone. I called emailed them and all i got was a email saying they cant get to the office because of the fires. But i found out the address wasn't a office but a apartment building

I sold my phone through flipsy and found the vendor Kobixa. It has been almost a month and I still haven’t been paid. USPS confirmed that they delivered my package to Kobixa on 11-13-2017 and they said within 24 hours they will issue payment. It is almost December and they refuse to pay me even after many many emails. They promised me $76.54 for my iPhone. Do NOT send your phone to this company

Kobixa.com promised to pay $201 for my iPhone 6 and stole my IPhone 6, they received my phone on March 9 and promised to evaluate within 24 hours. It's been 3 weeks now. They have been ignoring my emails, I also contacted Flipsy.com since they have referred me to Kobixa.com and no results. I have told them I would contact the police a couple of times 2 weeks ago and very rarely they would respond, lying that it would be "resolved by today" and they never did! At this point they are just ignoring me. I have posted a negative review on FB, they deleted it immediately. I have posted a new one and 3 other people responded under my post that they are also in the same situation and that Kobixa.com is ignoring them as well. I have sent kobixa my G6 and was given a quote of 130 dollars...3 weeks later ( after they have a confirmed delivery of my phone) no reply...Have tried their number and email with no luck...This is straight up stealing and if it happened to me, I can bet this has happened to countless others...Will contact the appropriate fraud agencies and will not stop till I either get my phone back or payment...No one should get ripped off like this, feeling violated and it has zero to do with money...You can't just blatantly steal people's property and get away with it...
